Privacy Policy
Arihant Sales Promoters, trading as Arihant Furnitures ("we", "us", "our"), runs a furniture showroom and workshop at 110D, Krishna Talkies Road, Risali, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit https://arihantfurnitures.com, contact us, or reach us through our ads, and how we use it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you message us on WhatsApp, call us or visit the showroom, we receive what you share: your name, phone number, messages, photos of your room or old furniture, room sizes, budget and delivery address. We do not collect payment card details through this website.
Information collected automatically. When you use the website, your browser sends us and our service providers technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and the time of your visit.
Campaign reference. If you arrive from one of our ads or links, the website may add a short campaign reference (for example "fb") to the WhatsApp message it prepares for you. This tells us which ad brought you to us. You can delete it from the message before sending.
Cookies and advertising tools
We may use advertising and analytics tools such as the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Analytics. Where these are switched on, they use cookies or similar technologies to record actions such as page views and taps on the WhatsApp or call buttons, and they send this information, together with your IP address and browser details, to Meta or Google. We use it to measure how well our ads work and to show our ads to people who may be interested in furniture.
You can control this at any time:
- Turn off personalised ads in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings (Settings, then Ads).
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Use the privacy controls on your phone to limit ad tracking.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and give you prices, photos, sizes and quotes.
- To make, deliver and fit furniture you order, and to provide after-sales service.
- To estimate the value of old furniture you want to sell or exchange.
- To keep the website secure and working, and to understand how it is used.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
- To meet legal and accounting requirements.
We use your phone number to contact you about your enquiry or order. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only where needed to run our business:
- Service providers: WhatsApp and Meta (messaging and ads), Google (fonts, maps and analytics), Cloudflare (website delivery and security) and Microsoft Azure (website hosting).
- Delivery and fitting partners, where they need your address and phone number to deliver or fit your order.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
These providers process information under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and order records for as long as needed to serve you, handle service requests and meet legal and tax requirements, and then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw any consent you have given, subject to what the law requires us to keep. To do this, message us on WhatsApp or call us on +91 7000570386 and tell us what you need. We will respond within a reasonable time.

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
