About this website
This website shows our furniture, services and contact details. You cannot buy online here. To buy, you message us on WhatsApp, call us or visit the showroom, and the order is confirmed with you directly.
Prices and availability
Prices on the website, such as "sofa from ₹5,000", "bed from ₹6,000" and "dining table from ₹5,500", are starting prices to help you plan. The price of a piece depends on its size, design, material and finish. Prices, offers, discounts and availability can change without notice. The price we confirm to you on WhatsApp, in your quote or on your invoice is the price that applies.
Photos and descriptions
Photos are for illustration. Colour, finish and wood grain can look different on screen and in person, and natural materials vary from piece to piece. We recommend visiting the showroom to see and touch the furniture before you order.
Custom and made-to-order furniture
Custom furniture is made to the size, design and materials agreed with you. Making usually takes 48 hours to 7 days, depending on the piece, and we will tell you the expected date before you order. Please check the size, design, material and finish carefully before confirming, because made-to-order pieces are built specifically for you.
Interiors, modular kitchens and wall panels
For interiors, modular kitchens and wall panel work, the scope, price and timeline are agreed with you in a written quote before work starts.
Delivery and fitting
Delivery is free within 10 km of our showroom on orders above ₹5,000. Beyond 10 km, including across Chhattisgarh, the delivery charge depends on distance and is confirmed before you order. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather and transport. Please check your furniture when it is delivered and tell us about any damage straight away.
Old furniture and exchange
We buy and sell used furniture. If you exchange old furniture, its value is adjusted against your new purchase. An estimate given from photos is only indicative, and the final value is agreed with you when the exchange is confirmed.
Payment, cancellation and returns
Payment terms, advance amounts, cancellation and returns are agreed with you in writing, on your quote or invoice, when you place an order. Made-to-order items may not be cancellable once making has started.
Reviews and ratings
Ratings and reviews mentioned on this website, such as our Google rating, come from public Google listings and change over time. Please check the live listing for the latest figures.
